Gift Regulations – Souvenir Magnet

Effective from the date of publication

§1. General Provisions

1. These regulations define the rules for granting a souvenir magnet (hereinafter referred to as the “Gift”) to users of the service. 2. The Gift is voluntary and promotional in nature and does not constitute part of a booking agreement or a mandatory service. 3. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these regulations or terminate the promotional gift campaign at any time, without the obligation to provide reasons.

§2. Conditions for Receiving the Gift

1. The Gift may be granted to a user who:

• has made a cruise reservation via the service,
• has voluntarily completed the pre-booking form,
• has provided complete and accurate contact details,
• has actually completed the cruise related to the reservation.

2. Completing the form or clicking the booking link alone does not guarantee receipt of the Gift. 3. The Gift does not constitute a guaranteed benefit or part of a commercial offer.

§3. Time and Method of Delivery

1. The Gift is sent only after the cruise has actually taken place, following confirmation of its completion. 2. The Gift is not sent before the cruise begins or during the cruise. 3. The delivery time depends on the availability of gifts and organizational capabilities.

§4. Limitation of Liability

1. The right to receive the Gift expires in the event of:

• cancellation of the cruise,
• cruise cancellation,
• failure to take the trip,
• significant changes to the reservation,
• providing false or incomplete information.

2. The Organizer shall not be held liable for the inability to deliver the Gift due to circumstances beyond their control, including logistical or technical reasons.

§5. Personal Data

1. Personal data provided in the form is processed solely for the purpose of:

• contact related to the reservation,
• delivery of the Gift.

2. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy of the service.

§6. Final Provisions

1. The Gift cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefits. 2. These regulations apply to all users, regardless of their country of residence. 3. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of the service regulations and applicable laws shall apply.
